acre lots can be found in subdivisions with C.C.&R.'s (Covenants, Conditions
& Restrictions) or subdivisions with no recorded restrictions.
When looking for a property on which you can have both a house and business,
you should look for "unrestricted" property. ~ Horses may be kept on both types
of property.
5 acre parcels are usually "unrestricted".
The community could use more restraunts and commercial rentals.
