Investment Land includes all lots and land parcels which will receive electric service in the near or distant future, (depending on the proximity to existing electric lines) and/or lots and land parcels to which water/sewer service will be provided in the near or distant future, again, depending on the proximity to existing water/sewer lines.
1/2 and 1.1 acre lots, with utilities range from $45,000. to $60,000. ... 1.1 acre lots can be found in subdivisions with C.C.&R.'s (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) or subdivisions with no recorded restrictions.
When looking for a property on which you can have both a house and business, you should look for "unrestricted" property. ~ Horses may be kept on both types of property.
5 acre parcels are usually "unrestricted".
The community could use more restaurants and commercial rentals.
