Karen Spalding has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years assisting clients in both California and Nevada. Working with her husband in custom home construction for 20 years, Karen possesses the necessary information concerning buildable lots, soil conditions and water conditions. Karen has a great interest in bringing continuing education to the Real Estate community and attends monthly real estate meetings for the local agents and brokers. She is also a member of the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors which covers the Pahrump Valley and has recently joined the newly formed Pahrump Valley Building Association.
Karen's Real Estate Company and Construction Company pride themselves in having an excellent reputation in the community. Both companies keep in touch with past clients throughout the year with an annual chili cook-off, bar-b-ques, the yearly grape stomp at the winery, annual halloween party at her home and the Christmas tree party in December.
Recently, Karen has instigated a new program in which she travels to various locations to conduct seminars and to give reports on real estate in the Pahrump Valley. During the latest sojourn, Karen visited with Pahrump Valley property owners that live in Hawaii. At that time she held three separate seminars reviewing area changes such as population growth, property values, road conditions, availability of utilities, new businesses and shopping malls, etc.
Over 100 people showed up for the report and Karen was so well received that she plans to return to Hawaii on an annual basis.
